"I got into training from watching my first Rocky film at 12 years old, I wanted to be better and stronger and look in shape like those guys. Then I hit the gym and I was hooked. I've continued to train myself until this day (21 now).
For me, training is all about self improvement. If you are bettering yourself with the right tools, guidance and knowledge then you will succeed.
I pride myself in giving my clients the ability to better themselves both in and outside the gym. I allow them to go out into the world, changed for the better. Making the complicated information out there more easily understood.

I have worked with high performance athletes such as some of the best power lifters, swimmers , rugby players, runners and cyclists in the mid Ulster area, who have all increased their performance in their given sports.
